Quality Assurance and Project Management
To align with our focus on customer satisfaction, Bridging Technologies employees dedicated project and quality managers.
Project Managers (PM)
Operating independently from the team members, these individuals will supply you an updated schedule of the work to be performed with regular subsequent updates throughout the project. PM's are also tasked with making sure that materials arrive to site in a timely fashion. He is further responsible for overtime planning and also arranges downtime with the customer where and when it is required. All PM's are fully versed in English, but should alternative languages be preferred it could be arranged prior to project kickoff. Regular meeting with the customer ensures that projects are delivered on time every time.
Quality Managers (QM)
Independent from the project manager, these individuals are responsible to ensure that the project is delivered at the highest possible standard and to customer satisfaction. All quality managers are fully qualified to test and sign off the specific installation. With regular visits to site, the QM will inspect and advise the project manager of any possible problems that could lead to delay in delivery. The QM is also responsible for the Quality Assurance of signoff documentation and to do the actual signoff with the customer together with the PM.
Both the PM and QM reports independently to the general manager.
